The Loading Zone Inc. Terms of Service

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By accessing and using the services provided by The Loading Zone Inc. (‘The Loading Zone’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

**2. Age Restriction**

You must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages at The Loading Zone. Valid photo identification may be requested at any time to verify age.

**3. Conduct**

You are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful to other guests, our staff, and our property. Disorderly, rude, or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service, and/or ejection from the premises.

**4. Dress Code**

We reserve the right to enforce a dress code for entry into The Loading Zone. Guests are required to dress smart casual and management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed inappropriately dressed.

**5. Reservation and Seating Policy**

To accommodate your dining needs, we recommend making reservations in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for walk-in guests. A credit card may be required to secure reservations for large parties. Seating will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past reservation time before being released.

**6. Cancellation Policy**

For large party reservations, you are required to inform us at least 24 hours before your reservation time if you wish to cancel or alter your reservation. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.

**7. Payment Policy**

All guests must settle their bill in full at the end of their visit. We accept various forms of payment, including cash and major credit cards. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

**8. Food and Beverage**

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in The Loading Zone. For allergy and dietary concerns, please inform your server prior to ordering.

**9. Property Damage**

Any damage to The Loading Zone’s property caused by a guest will be charged accordingly to the guest responsible.

**10. Service Modifications and Availability**

The Loading Zone reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any service with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third-party should we exercise such right.

**11. Limitation of Liability**

Under no circumstances shall The Loading Zone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or for any other claim related in any way to your visit to The Loading Zone.

**12. Governing Law**

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Loading Zone Inc. operates without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
